The space
One large Queen bedroom sits alongside the central lounge and walks through the quaint country style kitchen providing relaxed comfort for up to two guests. Access high speed internet to stay in touch or catch up on that book you have been meaning to read.

Guests can enjoy private garden views from the spa bath, opening windows to listen to rain or bird song, whilst staying warm with luxurious underfloor heating throughout the entire cottage.

Relax in comfort on the veranda with outdoor chairs, table and fire pit or gather around the cosy lounge room's slow combustion wood fireplace.

The kitchenette is equipped with mini fridge, hotplate and microwave, cooking utensils, tea and coffee facilities, fresh linen and towels.

When staying at Waterfalls you are staying on a working Angus cattle property with operational rotational grazing paddocks.

You will have space to roam and forage garden fruit including persimmon, mulberries, quince and figs.

Other things to note
Being a farm, our only request from treasured guests is the usual one. Just shut the gate!
